Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Sleep Support Specialist to optimize UAS therapy outcomes after implantation, offering expertise in polysomnography, PAP therapy, and patient care management. The role involves training customers, supporting sleep studies, and contributing to R&D for titration algorithms.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sleep laboratory and PSG care is required or highly preferred.
• Certification in sleep technology (RPSGT/RST) or clinical sleep educator certification.
• Strong knowledge of PSG software and EMR systems; able to troubleshoot and support UAS titration sleep studies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer training for Inspire UAS commercial & clinical sites.
• Train customers to use the Inspire Programmer System and UAS titration algorithms.
• Provide on-site and remote support for Inspire UAS titration sleep studies, including night shifts.
• Develop training materials and contribute to product improvement efforts for the titration algorithm.
