Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems seeks a Sleep Support Specialist to optimize UAS outcomes after implantation. You will lead clinical sleep medicine tasks, polysomnography, PAP therapy, and patient care management, while aiding research and development of Inspire UAS therapy.

The role involves training customers, on-site and remote support, and collaboration with field teams to advance company initiatives and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year in a sleep lab with apnea care and RPSGT/RST or clinical sleep educator certs, or 5+ years in a sleep medicine setting.
• Experience manually scoring and interpreting sleep studies.
• Knowledge of PSG software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer training for new Inspire UAS sites.
• Train customers to use Inspire Programmer System and titration algorithm.
• Support on-site Inspire UAS titration sleep studies, and educate providers and sleep staff.
• Provide remote support for titration sleep studies and troubleshooting.
• Develop long-term relationships to ensure high-quality therapy support.
