Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems seeks a Sleep Support Specialist to optimize Inspire UAS therapy outcomes post-implant. This role leads clinical sleep medicine activities including polysomnography, PAP therapy, and patient care management, and supports R&D for Inspire UAS therapy.

You will train customers, support on-site and remotely, and collaborate with field teams to advance patient care and education, while accommodating a variable schedule and travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in a sleep laboratory or 5+ years in sleep medicine.
• Experience manually scoring/interpreting sleep studies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer training for new Inspire UAS commercial & clinical sites.
• Train new customers to use the Inspire Programmer System.
• Train new customers to use the Inspire UAS titration algorithm and how to perform Inspire UAS device programming.
• Assist with development of training materials for commercial and clinical sites.
• Provide on-site support for Inspire UAS titration sleep studies at night and educate providers and sleep lab staff.
• Provide remote (internet/phone) support for titration studies and troubleshooting.
• Support a therapy phone line as part of on-call coverage.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers to deliver high-quality therapy support.
• Adapt weekly schedule to sleep studies and customer support needs.
