Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sleep study scheduling and enter orders in designated systems.
• Verify demographic and medical information during scheduling.
• Educate patients and physicians about the sleep study process.
• Relay information between patients, physician offices, hospitals, and payors.
• Ensure materials meet Medicare and payer standards.
• Follow up to resolve missing or inaccurate information.
• Support HIPAA compliance and cross-training across roles.
