Persante Health Care is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to streamline sleep study scheduling and patient communications. You will coordinate orders, verify demographics, and ensure medical necessity aligns with physician notes, delivering a positive patient experience.

In a fast-paced, remote office, you will maintain accurate records in scheduling systems, follow Medicare and payer guidelines, and support HIPAA-compliant workflows while providing clear information to patients and physician

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in a healthcare setting or healthcare-related organization preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sleep study scheduling and enter orders in designated systems.
• Verify demographic and medical information during scheduling.
• Inform, educate, and respond to patient and physician questions about the sleep study process.
