Responsibilities

• Elevate the customer’s in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including delivery reminders and issue resolution.
• Stay aware of competitors’ advertisements and services and leverage social media to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
