Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMatch diagnostic system. You will engage with shoppers, explain features, and close sales while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Successful candidates will work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends, with potential for bonuses and a strong compensation package, including benefits and a 401(k) match. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Willing to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist loading mattresses.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using bedMatch system and guides customers to the right product.
• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain showroom setup.
