Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You will confidently sell premium mattress products using bedMATCH diagnostics and a proven selling process, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail hours including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Typical 4–5 day work week, 40–55 hours per week.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages) is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattresses.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using the bedMATCH diagnostic system and proven selling process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
