Mattress Warehouse is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to guide customers toward the perfect mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will deliver energetic, customer-focused service in a team-driven environment and enjoy a generous hourly wage with potential bonuses plus a 401(k) employer match.

Qualifications

• Retail schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends; typical 4–5 day weeks, 40–55 hours.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist loading mattresses onto vehicles.
• Provide relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Use tablets, mobile POS, and bedMatch system.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses and bedding using bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Assist customers with exceptional service and product recommendations.
• Reset showroom floor and help load purchases into customers' vehicles.
• Utilize tablets and mobile POS for transactions.
• Contribute to a team-driven environment with a positive attitude.
