Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to guide customers through bedding solutions using our bedMatch diagnostic system. You will engage with customers, demonstrate products, and close sales in a fast-paced store environment.

This role requires working evenings, most holidays, and weekends, with a 40–55 hour work week. Candidates should be energetic, customer-focused, and able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused retail experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to engage customers using a diagnostic approach (bedMatch).
• Comfort lifting up to 75 pounds and moving showroom products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to select mattresses and bedding solutions.
• Demonstrate and leverage bedMatch diagnostic system to guide purchases.
• Maintain showroom floors, display setups, and product knowledge.
• Process transactions using tablets and POS; provide exceptional service.
