Job summary

Mattress Warehouse LLC is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants in Lynchburg, VA. The role features a robust compensation package with base pay or commission, bonuses, and a strong 401(k) match.

You’ll help customers choose mattresses using bedMatch, demonstrate product knowledge, and contribute to a high-energy, customer-focused team. Expect a 4- or 5-day retail schedule (40–55 hours weekly), with evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong customer-service orientation and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using our selling process and bedMatch system.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles.
• Maintain showroom presentation and assist with store operations.
• Be flexible to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and participate in a fast-paced retail environment.
