Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants in Lynchburg, VA. You will help customers select premium mattresses using our bedMatch system and deliver a relaxed, high-energy shopping experience in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to work retail schedule including evenings, holidays, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding products using our diagnostic bedMatch system.
• Guide customers to find products based on needs and measurements.
• Maintain showroom and assist customers with loading purchases.
