Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to provide exceptional service to our customers. With 520+ stores nationwide and family-owned operations, you will confidently sell premium mattresses using bedMATCH and our proven selling process.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales approach.
• Bilingual ability is a plus (English + another language).
• Willingness to work retail schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using bedMATCH and our selling process.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience for customers.
• Utilize tablets and POS systems to assist customers and complete sales.
