Mattress Warehouse Corporate is seeking a Sales Consultant in Norfolk, VA. You will leverage the bedMatch diagnostic system to guide customers to the right mattress, delivering a low-pressure, educational shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused selling approach for mattresses and bedding products.
• Willingness to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Provide excellent service to customers and explain product benefits.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and participate in training programs.
