Qualifications

• We seek highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants with a focus on customer service and sales excellence.
• Availability for a retail schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends; 40–55 hours weekly.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus (English/Spanish or other languages).

Responsibilities

• Sell mattress/bedding products using our proven process and bedMatch system.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Utilize tablets and POS system for sales and checkout.
