Job summary

Mattress Warehouse Corporate in Durham, NC is seeking a Sales Consultant to assist customers in selecting the right mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You’ll deliver friendly service, meet sales goals, and thrive in a busy retail setting.

Qualified candidates will lift up to 75 pounds, handle a retail schedule with evenings and weekends, and may be bilingual in English and Spanish. Training is provided along with product discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; comfortable using tablets and POS devices.
• Willing to participate in comprehensive paid training and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using the bedMATCH diagnostic system.
• Provide friendly, low-pressure service and help customers find the right solution.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles and maintain showroom.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and participate in training programs.
