Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Garner, NC to help customers find the right mattress using the bedMatch system. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and close sales in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

We offer a robust compensation package with hourly pay or commission, bonuses, 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits. The role requires a willingness to work evenings and weekends, as well as the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses and bedding solutions.
• Demonstrate products and educate customers on features and benefits.
• Use bedMatch system to provide personalized recommendations.
• Maintain showroom presentation and assist with loading purchases as needed.
