Mattress Warehouse in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will contribute to a friendly, high-energy team and deliver a quality shopping experience.

This role offers a robust compensation package, including the greater of a generous hourly wage or commission, eligibility for bonuses, plus a strong 401(k) match, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding products using our selling process and bedMATCH system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience to improve customer sleep quality.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain showroom readiness.
• Represent Mattress Warehouse in a friendly, energetic, team-based environment.
