Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right sleep solutions using our exclusive bedMATCH system.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding products using our bedMATCH diagnostic system and proven selling process.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience to improve customers' lives through sleep solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and build lasting client relationships.
