Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our team. You will sell premium mattresses and bedding using our bedMatch diagnostic system, delivering a tailored shopping experience with a focus on improving customers' sleep quality.

Flexible 4-5 day work weeks with evenings, weekends and holidays; full-time roles with a generous compensation package, including hourly wage or commissions and a robust 401(k) employer match.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills are required.
• Willingness to work retail hours including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Proactive, energetic team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding products using our bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience and educate customers on sleep solutions.
• Operate tablets, mobile POS and other store technology.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain showroom presentation.
