Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You will help customers select premium mattresses using our bedMATCH system and a consultative, low-pressure approach.

Expect a schedule that includes evenings, holidays and weekends; typical 4-5 day workweeks and 40–55 hours. We offer robust compensation, bonuses, a 401(k) with employer matching, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and all weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Fluent English; bilingual in another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select mattresses using bedMATCH and a consultative approach.
• Maintain showroom and assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience to improve sleep solutions.
