Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to help customers choose the right mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You’ll participate in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and provide expert product knowledge to ensure satisfaction.

Applicants should enjoy working evenings and weekends, be able to lift up to 75 pounds, and communicate well in English; Spanish is a plus. Comprehensive benefits include PTO, 401(k) with employer match, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication in English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with loading mattresses.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses using bedMATCH and a consultative approach.
• Operate POS system and process sales and returns accurately.
• Maintain showroom presentation and restock displays as needed.
• Deliver friendly, low-pressure, informative shopping experiences.
