Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers select premium mattresses using our bedMatch diagnostic system. You will guide shoppers to the best sleep solutions and arrange delivery or pickup as needed.

Join a team with strong compensation, bonuses, and a 401(k) match. Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 pounds, work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays, and be bilingual in English and Spanish or another language for added value.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling mattresses or bedding is a plus.
• Ability to explain product features using bedMatch system.
• Willingness to work retail schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using our bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Help customers choose products and arrange delivery or pickup.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and operate tablets and POS effectively.
