Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in Henderson, NC is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You will help customers select premium mattresses using our bedMATCH diagnostic system and provide a relaxed, educational shopping experience that leads to satisfied customers.

This full-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends and most holidays, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred; must deliver exceptional customer service.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and move merchandise.
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using bedMATCH system and provide a relaxed, educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto vehicles and reset showroom floor as needed.
