You will provide friendly, informative service, guide customers through the shopping experience, and close sales while maintaining showroom standards.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Typical 4–5 day work week, 40–55 hours.
• Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Comfort with using tablets, POS devices, and the bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Strong customer-service focus and team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using the bedMatch system.
• Provide exceptional service and educate customers.
