The role requires strong customer service, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, and a team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Familiar with tablets, mobile POS, and bedMatch system.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses to customers using bedMatch.
• Explain features and benefits of products.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience.
