Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join a fast-growing bedding retailer. You will engage customers with our bedMATCH diagnostic system, help them find the right mattress, and drive sales in a store environment.

We offer a compensation package that includes hourly pay or commission, bonuses, and a strong 401(k) match, plus benefits, PTO, and paid training. Expect 40–55 hour weeks with an energetic, team-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Retail sales consultants provide exceptional customer service and guidance.
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with lifting up to 75 pounds and assisting customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using the bedMATCH selling process.
• Use tablets and POS tools to assist customers and complete transactions.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
• Provide an informative, low-pressure shopping experience focused on improving customers' sleep.
