Job summary

International Executive Service Corps is seeking a Sleep Lab Clinic Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations of the Sleep Medicine clinic. You will register patients, schedule appointments, manage billing and records, and support diagnostic sleep studies.

The role acts as a liaison among patients, clinicians, and outside entities, and may involve pediatric evaluations where applicable. Experience in polysomnography and supervisory duties is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of college with health sciences background or current student desirable.
• Background in customer service with impeccable phone etiquette.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Five years of polysomnography experience.
• Supervisor/management experience preferred.
• Sleep tech certifications (RPSGT, C-PSGT, CRT-SDS, or RRT-SDS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule appointments.
