Job summary

Good Shepherd Health Care is seeking a Sleep Lab and EEG Services Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, and quality in our sleep center. You will work with the Medical Director and Sr. Director to maintain high standards of testing and safety.

The role requires leadership in a healthcare setting, knowledge of AASM/ABRET standards, and strong communication skills. There is a focus on budgeting, training, and creating a positive, growth‑oriented environment for staff.

Qualifications

• Two years of management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of sleep lab operations per AASM/ABRET standards.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sleep lab and EEG operations.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate technologist staff.
• Ensure compliance with AASM/ABRET and regulatory standards.
• Manage budgeting, quality improvement, and staffing levels.
