Job summary

South Carolina ENT (SCENT) is seeking a Sleep Lab Coordinator to support sleep lab processes and ensure proper setup for overnight sleep studies. The role prioritizes patient safety, comfort, and education, working with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality diagnostic care.

The coordinator will assist with scoring tests, generate physician reports, and help maintain equipment, while collaborating on continuing education and supply management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accredited sleep technology education program or equivalent experience.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• RPSGT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare patients for sleep studies with proper electrode placement.
• Maintain and clean sleep lab equipment per safety guidelines.
• Educate patients on home and in-lab sleep studies and expectations.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver quality diagnostic care.
• Assist with scoring sleep studies and generating reports.
• Identify supply needs and participate in ongoing education.
