Inspire Health Medical Group is seeking a Sleep Technologist to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders, including in-center and out-of-center testing. You will be credentialed in sleep technology and oversee other center staff as needed.

The role involves data collection, protocol adherence, patient education, and accurate reporting to support diagnostic and therapeutic decisions. A strong focus on safety, HIPAA compliance, and patient comfort is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate or associate degree in sleep technology.
• Certification by a nationally recognized board (RST, RPSGT, or SDS).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient information to identify patient needs.
• Review medical history and verify the sleep study order.
• Perform protocol checks and ensure instrument safety during recordings.
• Explain procedures and obtain consent for in-center or out-of-center testing.
• Score sleep stages and clinical events using AASM standards.
• Generate accurate sleep study reports and maintain documentation.
