Job summary

Mattress Firm is hiring Sleep Experts to elevate the in-store experience, act as a trusted sleep authority, and help customers find the right mattress. You will use digital tools and support omnichannel experiences to put the customer at the center.

Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year with base pay or uncapped commissions, plus benefits and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Elevate in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority and offer best-in-class products.
• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values and initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition and competitor offerings.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
