Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to help customers find their dream mattress and achieve better sleep in-store. You will build relationships, share product knowledge, and drive sales while living our values.

Compensation includes a base pay or uncapped commission with a competitive range of $50,000–$60,000 per year, plus a 401(k) match and benefits. Leadership opportunities may be available for eligible roles.
