Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and guiding customers to the right mattress using digital tools and omnichannel support. You will build relationships, provide product knowledge, drive sales performance and KPIs, and maintain relationships after purchase to ensure satisfaction.

• Willingness to lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
