Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and delivering best-in-class product knowledge to customers, helping them find their dream mattress and achieve better sleep.

You will drive sales, maintain post-purchase relationships, monitor competitors, and use digital tools to support an omnichannel experience, while lifting 50+ pounds and benefiting from strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to upsell and meet sales KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Elevate in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority with product knowledge.
• Provide technical and product information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values.
• Maintain relationships with customers after purchase and follow up on delivery/reminders.
• Leverage social media to boost brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
