Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and guiding customers through our product offerings using digital tools. You will build relationships, provide expert product knowledge, and drive sales performance while reflecting company values.

You will engage with customers to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience, manage post-purchase follow-ups, stay aware of competitors, and contribute to brand growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Strong selling skills with the ability to meet KPIs.
• Knowledge of products and ability to explain features and benefits.
• Comfort with digital tools used in selling and omnichannel support.

Responsibilities

• Elevate in-store experiences as a sleep authority and drive selling programs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain engagement after purchase.
• Provide product knowledge and act as subject matter expert for sleep solutions.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while supporting company initiatives.
• Remain aware of competitive offers and promotions in the market.
• Leverage social media to enhance brand awareness and sales.
• Assist customers with deliveries and reminders; handle issues as needed.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as part of store duties.
