Responsibilities

• Elevate in-store customer experience as a trusted sleep authority and product expert.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support an omnichannel customer experience.
• Build strong customer relationships and keep the customer at the center.
• Provide product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values.
• Maintain relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders).
• Monitor competitors and advertising, and stay aware of market offerings.
• Leverage social media to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
