Mattress Firm is hiring Sleep Experts to elevate the in-store experience, acting as a trusted sleep authority and helping customers find the right mattress. You’ll use digital tools, support omnichannel experiences, and engage customers with a center-of-store approach.

Expect uncapped commissions with a 401(k) match and a strong emphasis on customer service. The role may involve lifting 50+ pounds and supporting store operations with occasional travel to nearby locations.

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
