Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Store Manager in achieving sales targets and store initiatives.

• Oversee in-store merchandising, marketing, and POP standards across units.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
• Provide training to new hires and promote a culture of coaching and accountability.
