Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate the in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority and to offer best-in-class products. You will execute Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience that puts the customer at the center.

The Sleep Expert will build relationships, share product knowledge, drive sales performance and KPIs, and maintain relationships after purchase while staying aware of competitors and leveraging

Qualifications

• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
