Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to elevate the customers' in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. Experts will implement Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling environment that puts the customer at the center.

You will build strong relationships with customers, provide product knowledge as a subject matter expert, and drive sales performance

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
