Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls to the Sleep Disorders Center.
• Schedule new patient visits, follow-ups, telehealth, and overnight tests.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior approvals as needed.
• Coordinate appointments and manage physician schedules in EMR.
• Greet patients, check in, and assist front desk operations.
• Document and communicate with departments regarding patient care.
