Responsibilities

• Orient patient and family to unit and provide general information.
• Direct visitors and respond to patient conditions within policies.
• Process physicians' orders and complete medication tickets and pharmacy requisitions.
• Receive new admissions and maintain patient charts and logs.
• Prepare and maintain daily and clinic logs and records.
