Stony Brook Medicine's Hospitalist Program is seeking a Business Support Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. You will review patient assignments, coordinate on-call schedules in Outlook, and assist with data collection for audits and projects.
The role requires an associate’s degree with 2+ years in an acute care setting, or a bachelor’s with 6 months of related experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position based on-site.

At Stony Brook Medicine, theBusiness Support Assistant provides a full range of administrative support to the Hospitalist Program. The successful incumbent must demonstrate a professional demeanor, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to complete all assignments within the expected timeframe

This position will remain posted until filled or for a maximum of 90 days. An initial review of all applicants will occur two weeks from the posting date.
