Develop a basic understanding of PAP and mask equipment from various manufacturers to assist with common troubleshooting questions.

Encourage patients to take an active role in their therapy, including using manufacturer mobile apps and other available resources.

Help patients understand insurance requirements, equipment cleaning, and future resupply needs.

Verify patient demographics, physician information, and notification preferences during each patient interaction.
