Job summary

MSC, a healthcare company, is hiring a full-time Sleep Clinic Liaison to provide on-site support coordinating sleep doctors, patients, and referral sources. You will handle non-clinical communications, resupply inquiries, and daily workflow documentation.

The role requires at least two years of medical customer service, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, an HSA with company contributions, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years (minimum) of progressively responsible medical customer service experience.
• Excellent skill sets in communication and customer relations.
• Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills (a TEAM player).
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for on-site support for non-clinical communication and coordination between sleep doctors, patients, and referral sources.
• Supports Sleep Clinics in person with non-clinical needs.
• PAP device troubleshooting and in-person mask fits; educate on cleaning device and supplies.
• Perform compliance downloads to support daily workflow of provider.
• Handle intake inquiries from Sleep Intake and PAP Resupply with all pertinent order information.
• Maintain open communications with patients and referral sources and document interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
