Responsibilities

• Manage a column of in-person patients each day, coordinating communication before, during, and after appointments.
• Adhere to the standard of care set by the Medical Director.
• Establish relationships with patients to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete clinical tasks including vitals, intra-oral scans, and pharyngometer/rhinometer.
• Educate patients about treatment options and plans.
• Assist with post-care adjustments to treatment plans.
• Support providers with comprehensive patient passoffs and lab orders.
