Job summary

Can't Sleep Center, based in Orange County, CA, seeks a Sleep & Wellness Liaison to become the face of its mission in physician offices across the region. Qualifications

• Experience in medical sales, provider relations, or physician liaison work.
• Proven ability to build trust with gatekeepers and referral decision-makers.
• Ability to manage a personal outreach pipeline and report on it without chasing.
• Sleep medicine familiarity is a plus, credibility matters.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain physician relationships across primary care, cardiology, ENT, neurology, pulmonology, and VA offices.
• Educate providers on oral appliance therapy and our interdisciplinary approach to sleep care.
• Reactivate dormant referral sources and identify new ones with autonomous approach.
• Coordinate and lead educational lunch-and-learns.
• Track outreach and referral outcomes and report what works.
• Represent Can't Sleep Center with professional polish as the first impression of the specialty.
