Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against targeted SPH and KPIs while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
• Analyze daily sales results and partner with leadership to improve behavior and proficiency.
• Follow style guides, oversee merchandising and labeling, and complete Sales Merchandising Fundamentals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and showroom preparation as needed.
