Living Spaces in Oklahoma City is seeking a Sleep Center Sales Specialist to engage guests, drive sales per hour, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a busy retail environment. You will follow the Guest Engagement Model, participate in training, maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory accuracy, and support the team to meet revenue targets and KPIs.

This full-time role requires weekend availability; compensation ranges from $15.00 to $19.50 per hour with eligibility for

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a primary focus on training and development on sales proficiency process.
• Execute merchandising directives by overseeing style guide, visual and labeling.
• Ensure inventory accuracy according to company asset protection standard work.
• Drive proficiency using Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to improve sales outcomes.
• Help to build a store culture that delights guests and achieves revenue targets.
